With Microsoft Excel's Chart Wizard, it is very easy to create embedded charts. You must first highlight the appropriate cells before starting the Chart Wizard.

The Chart Wizard allows you to select from a variety of charts. You can select additional data ranges; modify title, data, axis, gridlines, legend, and data labels; and save the chart in a your current or new spreadsheet. You can also move and resize a chart.
